Cancellation Policy
Respect for your time, and ours.
At Drippin' Drivin', we understand that plans can change. To be fair to both our clients and our chauffeurs, we offer the following cancellation policy:
- 10 or more days before your scheduled reservation: Cancel at no charge and receive a full refund.
- 9 days to 24 hours before your scheduled reservation: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total reservation cost will apply.
- Less than 24 hours before your scheduled reservation, or in the event of a no-show: The full reservation amount (100%) will be charged.
If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, adjustments are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
